synapses ring constantly and your
heartbeat tumbling along - then you may
have gotten lost in the musical growths of
Julian Prießen.
Prießen (*1991) is a AWARD WINNING multi-
faceted composer and musician whose
innovative work bridges the realms of
media composition, AVANTGARDE BEATS, and
ELECTRONIC MUSIC. A graduate of the
prestigious Institute for Music and Media
at the Robert Schumann Hochschule
Düsseldorf, HE re ned his artistic vision
through COUNTLESS PROJECTS and
interdisciplinary exploration.
Early in his career, Prießen joined the
team of Academy Award-winning
composer Volker Bertelmann,
contributing as an additional music
composer, additional-arranger, musician,
and programming specialist for
synthesizers and drums.
Since 2018, Prießen has served as one of
the in-house composer for kids in a
candy store, collaborating with global
brands such as Volkswagen, McDonald’s,
Škoda, Dr. Oetker, Henkell, Nivea, Range
Rover, Citroën, Opel, Coca-Cola, and
more. In this role, he has shaped the
auditory identity of major campaigns and
events, including the Sound Branding for
the ADC Festival, DWS CONFERENCE 2025,
Cannes Nacht der Löwen.
Beyond commercial work, Prießen is an
active solo artist and co-founder of
Düsseldorf-based record label
futuregold recordings, where he
continues to push the boundaries of
contemporary music.
